About The Event

The second edition of the Sustainability Week organized by Gulf University - Bahrain is vocal to promote sustainable practices as adopted by UN's 17SDGs. This second edition under the theme “Co-innovating, Leading, Sustaining…” is designed towards a broader collaborative approach at institutional levels involving Gulf University Bahrain & GCC Partner Institutions. The event involves students, faculty, staff, professional bodies, government, industry experts, Researchers and individuals representing the community in activities and initiatives that engaged to strengthen environmental, social, and economic sustainability. The five days activities will include a range of sustainability-driven discussions, workshops, hands-on activities, and competitions aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), to inspire innovative sustainability-driven projects, foster collaborations between students, faculty, industries & NGOs and support community engagement for sustainable actions.
